SOUND HEALING
Lying down or in active meditation, the facilitator will guide you into restoration and relaxation through sound and vibration, through various overtone instruments and the use of our voices. All are welcome to join; no skills or dress codes are requested. Simply allow yourself to shift and drift away from a sense of time. Just be as you are, in however much or little activity you wish to present.
