To be attracted to sounds and vibrations is part of being a human. Wherever there are people – there is the creation and exploration of sound, music, rhythm, dance and movement. We sound for ceremonies, for healing, for communication, for connection and for pure enjoyment.

About the event
This year, for the first time, we are gathering at the grounds of Ängsbacka, to let our feet touch the soil, to join our hands and hearts and use our senses to tune into the drumbeat and singing of Mother Nature herself. Together we form a circle of Embodied Sound.
TIME TO REST. TIME TO LEARN. TIME TO RECONNECT.
All of us are instruments. We can use our voices not only to communicate in words. With practice and allowance, our bodies can become a most powerful vessel for a wide range of self expression; from the softest whisper to your unmasked, primordial sound originating from deep inside.
Embodied Sound invites you to a safe, supportive and co-creative environment where participants and facilitators together explore how different instruments, including your body, can become a gateway to musicality.
